The mission of our holistic approach is to help our clients achieve their personal goals quicker than they could without our support. We accomplish this through the use of hypnosis, EFT, aromatherapy, nutritional counseling & healthy cooking classes, either alone or in combination.

Nutritional consultations provide personalized guidance in order to help you better understand and develop a plan to follow for the specific goals in your daily life.

What can I expect during a healthy cooking class?

Through cooking demonstrations you will enjoy learning to cook healthy, nutritious meals for you and your family. Menus with seasonal, organic and locally grown foods are prepared and served. Learn how to: make a healthier choice, cook for wellness, create great tasting, easy, balanced meals from nutritional whole foods.

Each class will have an instructional component devoted to a specific topic such as: Weight Loss, Stress, Cravings, ADHD/ADD, Hypertension, Diabetes, Healthy Snacks, and Quick Meals.

Nutritional counseling and/or cooking classes will guide you toward a simple back to nature diet, which can restore your body to a healthier state.

What can Aromatherapy do for you?

Our sense of smell is ten thousand times more sensitive than our other senses - the invisible world of scent surrounds us with powerful influences. Think of familiar smells - peppermint, rose, basil, cedar - and how each one inspires in you different feelings.

You can use aromatherapy to recharge, rejuvenate, relax and soothe ... the scope of aromatherapy is limited only by your imagination!

Aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils either through inhalation, diffusion, or topical application. Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment used for many conditions, including: Stress Relief, Headaches, General Aches & Pains, Anxiety, Insomnia, Menopausal Imbalances and Fatigue.
